Important: CryptoSpread provides market data, signals, and analysis tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of the CryptoSpread platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users regardless of subscription plan, including users on the free tier.

2. Description of Service

CryptoSpread is a market intelligence platform that provides:

Automated trading signals derived from market data, funding rates, and on-chain activity
Real-time market prices, Fear & Greed index, and funding rate data
A verified track record of all signals, timestamped at generation
Optional Telegram notifications and REST API access (paid plans)

CryptoSpread does not execute trades, hold funds, manage portfolios, or access your exchange accounts in any way. All trading decisions are made solely by you on your own exchange.

3. Not Financial Advice

All signals, data, and content provided by CryptoSpread are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform should be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of any capital you allocate to trades. CryptoSpread accepts no responsibility for trading losses of any kind.

Always conduct your own research before making any investment or trading decision.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CryptoSpread accepts cryptocurrency payments only — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH/ERC-20), and USDT on ERC-20, BEP-20, and TRC-20 networks. No fiat currency, bank transfers, or credit card payments are accepted.

No automatic renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Your account returns to the Free tier when the paid period expires unless you manually renew.
No refunds: All payments are final. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
Activation: Plans are activated after on-chain transaction confirmation, typically within 1–10 minutes of a valid payment submission.
Incorrect payments: CryptoSpread is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, wrong networks, or with insufficient gas fees.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate information when registering
Not share your account with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

6. API Usage

Pro and Platinum subscribers receive API access. You agree to use the API only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless separately agreed in writing. Rate limits apply. Automated scraping, redistribution of signal data, or reselling API access is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, signal logic, design, and data on CryptoSpread is the property of CryptoSpread and may not be copied, redistributed, or reverse engineered without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, market data outages, or infrastructure events may cause temporary interruptions. CryptoSpread is not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in abuse, or is involved in fraudulent activity. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoSpread and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed signals, or data errors.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
